TABIYO x TRAVELER'S COMPANY Spiral Ring Notebook Viking event will be happening at Tabiyo on September 14 and 15, 2024.

Following the announcement by TRAVELER'S Company on 17 July, we've gathered the most common FAQs in a list for you, aiming to clear any doubts :)

FAQs:

• What is the Spiral Ring Notebook Viking about?

Spiral Ring Notebook is one of the popular series under TRC roof. In this event, instead of their standard line-up, you can create your very own Spiral Ring Notebook (in A5 Slim size) with original limited-edition cover designs. You'll be able to choose from a variety of papers and have them bound into a notebook right before your eyes by our expert ring binding craftsman from Japan.

• Do we need to register for slots?

Yes, pre-registration is required, but don't worry, there will still be some open slots available on the day of the event. However, due to high demand, we can't guarantee non-registered slots.

For registration, we will share the registration link in mid-August. From there, you can choose your preferred slot available from 10am - 6pm. There are total 4 slots in a day. 

• Price range of notebook customisation

We are currently waiting for the shipping rate hence final retail price is not set yet. The price should range from RM 60-90.

• Can we make more than one notebook?

You can make up to 3 pcs/ person. When the registration link is open, you can add up to 3 books in a slot (change the order quantity from 1 to "2" or "3"). Your registration will be cancelled if your order is more than 3.

• Is it limited unit?

Yes, as the craftman can only hand-bound a certain amount of notebook per day.

• What is the max thickness/ paper sheets in a notebook?

A measuring tool will be provided for you to determine the appropriate thickness. Based on our previous experience, our notebook can fit almost 70 sheets of paper (mixture of tracing paper, paper pockets, variety of papers in different thickness).

• Will the front cover design in a Malaysia special edition?

Yes, we can't wait to reveal the design soon!

• Spiral Ring Notebook Viking only available in Tabiyo?

Due to logistic issue, Spiral Ring Notebook Viking only available in Tabiyo. For other on-going activities by Stickerrific and Cziplee, please refer to their social media for updates.

• Will this only available on that specific day or will be available later? 

TRAVELER'S COMPANY Caravan in Malaysia will only happen on 14-16 September in Malaysia Partner Shops. TRC team will travel from Japan to Malaysia to co-host the event with us.

• Will there be TN stamps?

Yes! Apart from that, there will be special stamps for this event too!

• Can we still visit your shop even if we don't participate in the Spiral Ring Notebook Viking?

Yes! Everyone are welcome. Besides Spiral Ring Notebook Viking, there will be some other activities going on too, such as stamping corner, user's notebook, postcard writing for future self, coffee & snacks, and limited items! 

• How do we get to your shop?

Our shop is located in Seremban, about an hour drive from KL / Melaka. You can refer HERE for more information about our shop. 

• How is the parking there?

There are limited parking space available in our neighbourhood [Please do not park in front of our neighbour house, indicated in X]. If you are planning to travel here by car, we'd recommend you to do carpool with your journal friends!
